Dach Digital is led by Baily Naherniak, a Manitoba-based digital marketing specialist with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, SEO, website strategy, social media, and content creation.
With an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Business specializing in Marketing, along with additional studies in Human Resources, Baily combines formal education with real-world experience working directly with businesses across Manitoba.
She also holds certifications and training from organizations including the Canadian Marketing Association, HubSpot Academy, Google Skillshop, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Learning, and other industry-recognized platforms, with ongoing education in areas such as SEO, digital advertising, analytics, content marketing, Google tools, social media strategy, accessibility, and website optimization.
Over the years, Baily has worked on website strategy, SEO improvements, advertising campaigns, social media management, reporting, branding, and digital content across industries including telecommunications, tourism, retail, and local business marketing.
